Major Job Responsibilities/ Duties


Primary:


Handle all certified personal request and small companies’ transaction deals.


All quotes need to be created in Sales Force.


Prepare Sales Proposal, including the gathering of the translation samples, translator CV and submission for Bidding Opportunities


Participate actively in Government Bidding( SG& MY– minimum 4 per month)


Assist the sales to handle the registration process& documentation request for vendor portal or client system


Assisting to answer calls in Malaysia and enter corporate leads to SF( create new leads module in SF)


Word count, document pre- processing.( pre& post production support)


Issue quotations, invoices, PO and other paperwork( including claims etc.)


Include any supporting documentation or presentation slides


Look out for opportunities under NGO on global or APAC tingkat and registering Elite as vendor under fortune 500 companies


Secondary:


Conduct survey call to collect testimonial and feedback


Submission Preparation for Procurement Documents Enrollment and GIRO Forms( work with finance team for supporting documents requirements)


Sourcing out for Database, Networking Opportunities and work with Sales Team


Assist to secure or schedule appointments for Sales


Database Compilations


Other administrative work by other department if needed


Job Qualifications& Skills Preferred/ Required


Minimum Bachelor’ s Degree( or equivalent)


Fluent in English& Chinese. Literate in Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.

Maintains and nurtures relationships with government, regulator, authorities, association, and all committees, legislatively represents and protects company interest


Leads analysis of proposed regulation actions, determines the potential impact on the organization and develops appropriate responses


In charge, monitor, and influence regional government regulatory and policy landscape and issues, for the public policy and government relations division


Attend meetings and events with association, regulator and government agencies.


Work together with Operations, Corporate Affairs, PR, and Marketing, Sah, and other divisions to ensure company compliance


Qualifications

About The Role


You will work directly with the Chairperson and closely with the Head of Strategy and Programs. The Partnerships& Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing relationships with partners in various sectors as well as seeking new income streams and grants that will enable YABB to achieve self sustainability to support programs in line with YABB mission and goals. You will also be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of a portfolio of programs and strategy to achieve targets for revenue. It will be your responsibility to drive collaboration between all parties involved in order to prioritize, schedule and deliver impact.


What You Will Do


Seek, establish& maintain relationships with partners in sectors including, NGO, Corporate and Government and work together with the internal team to leverage relationships that are existent for partnership purposes.


Together with the Head of Strategy& Program help set the partnership sasaran that can help solidify YABB’ s position and programs.


Identify new donor base, identify new potential income streams such as, but not limited to, grants and produce strategies and proposals to access these funds.


Establish& maintain relationships with clients in sectors including, NGO and Corporate and work together with the internal team to leverage relationships that are existent for revenue/ fundraising purposes.


Prepare and give presentations related to income/ fundraising purposes.


Design a portfolio of Programs that are specifically revenue generating. This includes researching& doing programmatic due diligence, writing project proposals, and providing thorough analysis.


Overseeing events and campaigns that are related to the foundation’ s image and fundraising strategy.


Successfully work in partnership with cross- functional partner teams to develop strong relationships across stakeholders.


What You Will Need


5+ years of experience in partnership management and fundraising in non- profit organizations


Demonstrated track record in community or partnership development with clear experience of developing and implementing strategic business plans


Demonstrated track record in fundraising Proven ability to build, manage key stakeholders internally and externally


Excellent written& verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills with a strong emphasis on persuasive written and spoken communications
